No need to call before you visit, but please do remember to bring your photo ID, a Proof of Address and a High Vis with you.

Customers will also need to have a valid Waste Carriers License. Details of how to apply or if they need to register can be found at:

If you do not have these, you will not be served.

Please ensure you bring your documentation when you visit

When you come to visit us, it is imperative that you bring photographic ID, proof of your address and high vis with you every time.

Valid forms of ID include:

  • A photocard driving license - this is perfect as it shows both a photograph and your address
  • A valid passport - if you choose to bring your passport as your photographic ID, you must also bring one of the following as proof of address:
    • A recent (within three months) utility bill
    • A recent (within three months) bank statement
    • A recent (within three months) HMRC letter
